You may opt in and signup with the following eMail lists, to receive notification of scheduled maintenance events.
This should give notice of any planned events anticipated to impact service.
The All Events list will be notified of any of the other lists (Instead of possibly receiving duplicate messages).
Keep in mind you may be notified of events that do not impact you directly with any of these lists.
The eMail list will be notified of any events affecting any of the e-mail servers we host.
The Connectivity list will be notified of events affecting wireless and wired Internet feeds.
The Hosting list will be notified of events affecting our data center and co-location facilities. Both will of course be notified of network wide maintenance.
This will not eliminate the possibilty of emergency maintenance, necessary server reboots (security updates) and similar tasks. When possible these will be done after hours, if the task isn't necessary to restore service to affected clients promptly.
